I was thinking about wearing it to school like this tomorrow. But i dont really know. Tips? advice? opinions? AND PLEASE JUST JUDGE MY HAIR because I know I look something auwful and ugly in this pic (its a terrible pic of me) but its the weekend lol.

it looks cute but may I suggest cutting down the amount of liner or shadow or whatever that blue circle around your eyes is? it's kinda freakin me out
