Hair Queston .. Help Please!! (Pictures inside)?

I really like Kristin's hair in these photos... can someone pleaaase give me instructions how to get it like that? I know how to do a messy ponytail, and my hair is a side part with the same bangs, but it never seems to work with the messy bun in the back. Please Help?! Five stars to the best answer!

none of the photos show up, but you just put your hair in a pony tale, but don't put the band in yet, and now put the band in and and just bunch all you you hair inside the band and don't worry about if it is messy or not because you can put bobby pins in it and calm it down and that should do it
