Like they have 2 layers and the bottom layer is dyed pink[this is what i want to do] but it is most common with blonde and black please help.

LOL!!!! one of my worst enemys have orange top layerd hair and black bottom layerd hair and it looks really really ugly!!!! please don't hurt you're hair by putting in extra dye...well it's up to you!
