Hair/makeup ideas (picture included)? Color your hair a different color, bleach your eyebrows, use eyeshadow (Blue, black, purple), eyeliner, color contacts. Highlights, A hair cut, extentions.
Hair/makeup ideas (picture included)? First off, you are beautiful. I think you look great. I would suggest for you to get some thick blonde highlights and cut your hair to frame your face. Also they have eye makeup specifically designed for what color eyes you have. Find the one for blue eyes to make your eyes stand out. You really dont need much tho. You are beautiful.

Your lips have a nice shape to them so I wouldn't over-do it with lip makeup, maybe a clear gloss.. try black mascara but not too black, maybelliene and l'oreal make mascara in a shade called "soft black" that should be just right, making your lashes darker would contrast nicley against your eyes.. try doing the same thing with eye shadow a nice sheer brown would contrast moderatly with your blue eyes and the mascara.. also a little glitter on your eyebrow bone would look nice too and accentuate your eye makeup well. to conclude I would focus on your eyes as far as makeup goes.

HAIR:
You have kind of thin flat looking hair, I say do some loose curls and maybe get some more defined side bangs. The curls will add volume and so will the bangs. Leave this style down
MAKEUP:
you have super lips. They are full, the best kind. Lipgloss looks great on flull lips

For your eyes I would do a smoky look with full lashes or I would make it look natural and bright using peach blush and thick lashes.
