Your young.. it would look cute on you. keep in mind that some styling would be involved to get the messed up look the pic has. and maybe opt for a bright red instead of pink. Make sure that your school or job isn't going to throw a hissy (or mom). Try something temporary first. Manic panic is sold at hot topic and washes out.. It would give you the chance to decide its you before you commit long term. Good Luck!

I think it would look good on you. Keep it as pink though. I really like the jagged edge. It gives you a kind of punk/goth look
